Color work covers semi-permanent and demi-permanent color, grey coverage, color correction and fashion color planned by consultation. Dimensional color combines highlighting, low-lighting, background and overlay. All-over color starts at $125, highlights run $150 to $275, balayage $200 to $300, and toner or glaze starts at $50. Bleach and tone, creative color and corrective color are priced after a consultation.
Cutting is precision work for men and women based on Yosh and Sassoon techniques. A 30-minute barbering haircut is $65 to $95, a 60-minute haircut $95 to $145, and a 90-minute major style change $145 to $220. Blowdries start at $75 and blowdries with iron at $100. Special occasion hair and makeup for weddings, dances and events are priced on consultation.
Keratin smoothing is offered as the Coppola Express Keratin treatment without a cut, starting at $150, and the Coppola Keratin Smoothing Treatment with a cut, starting at $375. Fobi is a texture refining service for curly hair that uses natural ingredients and, according to the salon, does not change the curl pattern. Hair extensions are priced on consultation.
Designers complete one to two years of training assisting a master stylist after licensure. Continuing education is required and is held in the salon, with many seminars taking place there. Ann Brewer runs a customized training program at the salon.
