The salon's focus is teaching clients how to care for and style their own curls. Curly cuts are done dry in the hair's natural state, then the client washes and styles the hair at home using the salon's curated curly hair products. Each cut includes a curl coaching session and a personalized home product routine. The salon uses four dry cutting techniques, Curl by Curl, Rezo Cut, Deva Cut and Cado Cut, which it calls revolutionary. First-time curly cuts take about two to three hours and include a clarifying and deep conditioning treatment. Clients are asked to come in with freshly washed, styled and fully dry hair for curly cut appointments. Cuts cost more for first-time clients and for anyone who has gone over a year without a haircut.

Color services include toner and glaze, single process, multi-dimensional single process, partial and full highlights, and Pintura, a highlighting technique for curls that the salon describes as award-winning. Treatments are chosen to suit each client's curl needs. They include single or multi-mask deep moisture treatments, a dry scalp treatment, an exfoliating scrub, a clarifying cleanse that removes silicone, chlorine and other buildup, and repair options such as Milbon, K18, Malibu C, curl bond repair and a keratin treatment. Treatments can be enhanced with steam or heat, and can be added to any other service with notice. Blow dries and diffusing are offered as separate styling services, and hooded dryers are available.

Booking is online or by emailing the chosen stylist directly, since the salon does not have a receptionist. A $75 deposit is required to reserve a first appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full service price. Color and haircut clients may request one revision if they contact the salon within two weeks of their appointment. Unused product can be refunded within four weeks of purchase. All listed prices are starting prices and may change, so clients should check with their stylist.
