Every visit begins with a consultation that covers the client's goals, lifestyle, available time and how much upkeep they want. Extension packages are customized by color, length and the amount of hair needed, and a consultation is required before booking one. The final investment can vary with the desired density and customization. Clients cannot bring their own hair; all extension hair is sourced through professional suppliers, and the packages describe it as premium, ethically sourced human hair. The salon describes its extension work as seamless and natural-looking, with a blend that puts natural hair and scalp health first. If a client reports a concern with their color or extensions within one week of service, adjustments are available.

Color services run from a $190 custom gloss to a $450 full-foil blonding. Restorative Gloss ($190) is a custom gloss for tone, shine and strength. Curated Root Refresh ($225) handles new growth of up to 1.5 inches, then adds a gloss, trim and styling. Express Brightening ($300 with Laurie, $250 with Jen) lightens only the face-framing area and part line, with bond-strengthening care and toning. The Signature Partial ($375 with Laurie, $360 with Jen) lightens the top, sides and crown, and includes bond-strengthening treatment, toner, trim, blowout and style. Dimensional Darkening ($400) adds depth and contrast. High Impact Blonding ($450) is a full-foil service that includes gloss, strengthening treatment, trim and style, with optional soft root blending. Prices assume standard length and density; longer or thicker hair may cost more.

Extension installations are offered as one-row or two-row applications. One row adds thickness and minimal length, while two rows usually add about 3 to 5 inches depending on natural density. For length, the salon suggests natural hair that reaches past the shoulders; for thickness alone, chin to shoulder length can work, with the final answer given at the consultation. The salon uses several extension methods and selects one that suits each client's head and hair type. The Signature Extension Experience packages, starting at $1,675 for one row and $2,880 for two rows in 18 inches, include custom color blending, 4 to 6 wefts per row, custom installation, precision cutting, finishing style, aftercare guidance and a curated product kit for continued care. For workouts, the salon suggests a top knot, low pony or braids, and brushing and blow drying the wefts afterward if they get wet from sweat.
