The salon was founded by Racqueal Williams, a licensed hair stylist in North Carolina with 12 years in the beauty industry. The menu is arranged by service type, including braids, locs, natural hair styles, styling, color, treatments and consultations.

For locs, the menu includes maintenance options such as crown maintenance, interlock, micro-loc and invisible loc work, along with palm roll and two-strand starts. Insta Locs use a smaller needle to mature locs without the wait and are also offered for softer textures. A Loc Takedown Service combs locs out into loose hair over one to seven days, with the price set at consultation and a $100 deposit. A Loc Styling Workshop covers techniques, styles and at-home care, and the Loc Service Elevated package at $215 bundles loc maintenance, an aloe and steam conditioning treatment and a loc style of choice, saving $10.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 7 PM; the salon is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Appointments have a 5 to 7 minute grace period. Clients running late are asked to text or call, and those more than 10 minutes late are charged a no-show fee and must reschedule. Cancellations need a call at least 24 hours ahead, or a fee of 20% of the initial service cost applies. Some services take a deposit from $5 to $100. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
