Fills are priced from $70 for volume or wispy fills and $80 for mega fills, and lash removal is $25.

Clients can buy multi-visit packages: three fills for $225 with one free, five for $375 with two free, or seven for $525 with three free. Fills must be booked within 3 weeks of the previous appointment, and at least half of the extensions must still be on each eye, with clean lashes. Otherwise a lash bath or removal is needed first. The studio does not do foreign fills, meaning fills over another technician's work.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup, and to bring a case if they wear contacts. Clients should allow 20 to 30 minutes of travel. Appointments are spaced 10 minutes apart. Arriving more than 5 minutes late carries a $15 late fee, and an appointment is canceled if the client is more than 10 minutes late, with a $20 deposit needed to rebook.

Deposits are non-refundable and paying one forms agreement to the booking terms. Same-day changes are not allowed, so rescheduling or cancelling must be done online before the deadline or the deposit is kept. No refunds are given after services are performed. The balance is payable in cash only. Clients must give a contact phone number, and the address is sent the morning of the appointment. Only the client being serviced, or a guardian, may attend, and children are not permitted.

For people who want to learn lash extensions, the studio offers one-on-one training lasting about 4 hours for $350. The facial menu is a single basic facial with a jelly mask, taking about 45 minutes and priced at $50.
