Each client is seen in a private, one-on-one space. Haircuts follow a technique based on the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Appointments begin with a consultation, and cuts, color and styling services include a shampoo and blow out.

The Acid Heat Treatment is built on the Sammy Treatment System, which uses glyoxylic acid to work on broken bonds in the hair. The system is free of formaldehyde and is suited to treated, permed and colored hair. The salon states that it is one of the few salons certified in the system and the only West Coast stylist trained by its developer, Sammy Miyamoto. The treatment moves through a hair evaluation, a custom acidic shampoo, a pre-treatment, the glyoxylic acid step, a heat-activated treatment, and then blow out and ironing.

Hours vary by day: Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday and Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday closed, Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Service is rooted in Japanese hospitality, and haircuts follow a technique based on Vidal Sassoon Academy training.
