Salon Flourish opened in 2015 and was founded by Karen Flowers, who still leads the team as lead stylist and educator. The salon calls itself a luxury beachside salon.

Color work is the center of the menu. The Flourish color experiences (Refresh, Signature, Complete and Transformation) are built around customized lightening, with a shadow root or root melt when needed, a personalized gloss, luxury shampoo, scalp massage and a professional blowout. Classic color includes Roots to Ends color and retouches, which the salon offers for gray coverage and single-process maintenance, and a shine-and-tone gloss. Vivid color starts at three hours, and its final price depends on the starting hair and the result wanted. Transformations that need color correction or extra time may be given a customized quote.

Haircuts range from a clipper-focused barber cut to a luxury haircut with consultation, scalp massage and blowout, and there is a children's haircut for clients under 12 (styling not included). Blowouts and gloss-and-blowout services are available, and beach-style waves and keratin smoothing are offered under texture services. Extensions are set up after a consultation, using K-Tip, weft and tape-in methods.
