Yusuke Kimura

Yusuke Kimura founded Creative Studio Flow and works there as a hair and make-up artist. He worked as a hair stylist in Japan for four years before moving to Los Angeles, then spent 16 years at PIA Hair Salon in Los Angeles. While there he opened four salons, three in Southern California and one in Tokyo. While living in Guam he served more than 800 bridal hair and make-up clients in one year.

He trained at Tokyo Maxfactor Beauty Academy in Tokyo, Japan, and graduated in Japanese Cosmetology. He also trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, California, where he received the 1st Place Premier Student Award in Cosmetology. He is licensed in Cosmetology in California, Hawaii, Guam and Japan.

His focus is Acid Heat Treatment and Japanese hair straightening, and the straightening service averages more than 300 clients a year. Earlier in his career he worked as a Master Sushi Chef at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and he has also opened his own restaurant.
