Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, a no-show fee may apply, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten, change or reschedule the service. Hair should arrive clean, dry and product-free when required, and service concerns should be raised within 48 hours. Completed services are non-refundable, results can vary with hair, skin, lashes and maintenance, and waxing may be declined or adjusted if the skin looks compromised.
