The menu is built around color. Services include all-over color, toner and gloss, grey coverage root touch-ups, root lightening touch-ups, express foil highlights, balayage with a grey blend, global bleach and color correction, and vivid fashion colors. Balayage is hand-painted and includes a root melt, toner and a blowout, and its price depends on hair length. Any full-color work needed alongside balayage is an extra cost and is discussed at the consultation.

Vivid colors require the hair to be lightened first.

The studio also offers cuts and styling for women, including a wash, cut and style, and curls added to any service. Hair extension installation and move-ups are available, using I-tip extensions that must be ordered through Ruby. The hair is bought as a deposit and the installation is paid separately.

Policies: a 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
