According to the salon, the approach centers on taking time to get to know each client personally in a comfortable, inclusive setting. New clients can book a $30 consultation, which is a non-refundable deposit credited toward a future service. Consultations are recommended for new clients and required before color corrections.

Blonding covers partial and full foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, lightener touchups and global lightening. Color services include single color touchups, all over color and glossing treatments. Cut and style work ranges from haircuts and barber cuts to blowouts, bang trims, formal styles and bridal trials, and extension consultations cover extension type, color matching and pricing.

Booking notes: clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services honored at the artist's discretion. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service amount. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled services. A credit card must be kept on file to book any long appointment.
