New clients booking color or extension services complete a consultation, which can be done online or in the salon for $25. An in-salon consultation is required for a patch test, so choosing the online form means skipping that test. Color is measured by weight using Vish color weighing technology, so clients pay for the color they use. Online prices are starting prices, and more may be added depending on how much color is needed. Color appointments can stain clothing, so guests are advised to wear something they don't mind getting color on.

Curly services ask clients to arrive with clean, dry hair worn down, with minimal product. The curly styling lesson and basic curly package include a consultation, a treatment, product recommendations and a hands-on styling session.

Bridal services include on-location hair and makeup in addition to appointments at the salon. Bridal hair and makeup require trials. A $40 blow-dry fee is added to the final price when a blow-dry is needed alongside event styling. Guests are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair unless they are receiving a blow-out.

Booking uses a card on file to hold an appointment, with no upfront payment needed to confirm a time. Cancellations or rescheduling are requested at least 72 hours ahead. Changes within 48 hours carry a $25 charge, and within 24 hours a $50 charge. Some longer appointments of three hours or more may require a deposit. The salon takes debit and credit cards (a small surcharge applies), cash, check, PayPal and Pay in 4. Cash tips are preferred, and Venmo tips are not accepted. The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.

Parking includes free two-hour spaces on Main Street and free non-timed spaces on 16th and 17th Avenues and in the gravel lot across the street.
