Stylists work at Levels 1 through 6, so prices vary with the stylist's level as well as hair length, density and the complexity of the service. Prices marked with a plus sign are starting points. Service times are approximate, and exact pricing is confirmed at the start of each appointment. Color and extension consultations are free, and stylists give a clear quote during the consultation before any work begins.
The salon offers precision haircuts for women and men, including precision clipper work, fades and classic scissor cuts for men. Color services include balayage, foil highlights, gloss, toners, glazes, gray blending, single process color, and fashion and vivid colors. For extensions, the salon works with Great Lengths, tape-ins, hand-tied wefts, K-tip and beaded wefts, and each extension set begins with a consultation covering hair goals, hair health, and a recommended method and color match. Kerapod and Cezanne smoothing treatments are also offered.
Bridal hair and makeup is available for brides, bridal parties, mothers and flower girls, either in the salon or on location by request. Bridal trials are planned two to three months before the wedding, and Saturdays from May through October book up first. On-location pricing is sent by email on request, and Hollywood glam waves are priced after a consultation. Makeup is also offered for proms, special events and everyday looks.
The salon holds certification as a Green Circle Salon. According to the salon, it re-purposes and recovers up to 95% of its waste, including hair, leftover color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper and plastics. Bookings can be made online or by phone. Walk-ins are accepted based on stylist availability, but appointments are advised for color, extensions and weekend visits. Drivers can park on Main Street, or use a public lot one block north. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients with concerns about a service are asked to contact the salon within a few days so the team can try to resolve it.
