After two no-shows, clients must pay in full when booking, and a third no-show leads to a ban from booking. A 10-minute grace period applies, and arriving later than that may mean rescheduling. Redo requests must be raised within 3 days and booked within 14 days of the original appointment. Redos do not cover a sudden change of style or color, fading, tonal changes, or damage from improper home care.
