To visit, take the building's elevators to the fifth floor, where the creative studios are numbered B500 to B531. Use the call box on the left to be buzzed in, and COTTAGE is immediately to the left. The salon is a quiet, private room with tea and soft music, and clients can sit, rest or talk.

Appointments are booked online and secured with a credit card. A free consultation is encouraged before a new client's first visit, and corrective color is priced after that consultation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half the booked total, no-shows are charged in full, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late are charged the full amount of services booked, with a 15-minute grace period before that. The salon is cashless, and tips can be paid by credit card or Venmo. Dogs are not permitted, and emails and direct messages are answered within 48 hours.

Pricing starts at $30 for a bang or neck trim, $150 for a haircut and $140 for single process color. Gloss runs $100 to $110, toner with color $45 to $55, and balayage is an add-on of $70 to $80 to a selected highlight service. Keratin treatment starts at $375. Jocelyn works Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm, with alternating Fridays from 11am to 7pm and Saturdays from 11am to 6pm. Celeste and Anna work Mondays and Tuesdays from 11am to 7pm, with the same alternating Friday and Saturday hours.
