Blonding and color make up much of the menu. Full and partial blonding both include a personalized consultation, a custom application, a custom gloss and a complimentary Signature Blowout. Face-framing highlights are offered as a stand-alone service, and Shadow Root can be added to blonding and face-framing work for an additional charge. Color options run from a gloss for shine or a toning gloss for a color refresh up to single-process dimensional color, with an added charge possible for long, thick or dense hair that needs extra color.

Cutting and styling are handled separately from color and blonding, so a haircut must be booked on its own when it is wanted with another service. The Signature Haircut Experience includes a consultation, a shampoo and conditioning with Davines products, a precision cut, styling and product recommendations. The Signature Blowout includes a shampoo, conditioning and styling, with curls or waves available on request.

Keratin smoothing comes in two formaldehyde-free versions. The Express treatment has no waiting period and the site says it lasts up to 10 weeks with home care. The longer Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Experience uses the Cezanne Professional Smoothing System and is stated to last up to 5 months with home care. Smoothing does not include a haircut.

Hair extensions begin with a $50 consultation that includes a custom color match and a proposal covering method, hair investment and maintenance. The consultation is nonrefundable but is applied toward custom-ordered hair if the guest goes ahead. The full hair investment is required at booking to reserve an installation appointment.

Appointments can be booked online and require a valid credit card to reserve. Cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice are not charged. Less notice is charged 50% of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Extended services such as color, blonding, smoothing, extensions and luxury treatments may require a nonrefundable deposit. Late arrivals may lead to services being modified. Gift cards are sold through the website.
