Hair services range from precision cuts for women and men and children's cuts for ages 10 and under, to blowouts, special occasion styling, conditioning treatments with Olaplex or Brazilian Bond Builder, and scalp spa treatments that can be added to a cut or color. Color options include single process color with vegan and organic choices, highlights and lowlights, speciality blonding, glazes and fashion coloring, which requires a prior consultation.

The salon has a private hair studio for hair extensions, hair toppers and wigs, where appointments are one-on-one and confidential. Extension consultations are complimentary and specialists give price quotes at that visit, since cost depends on method, hair type, quality, length and customization. Only 100% human hair extensions are used.

Skin services include European facials, which run about an hour and a half and begin with face mapping analysis, plus express European, hydro jelly, vitamin C, skin clearing and pumpkin enzyme facials, Dermalogica Pro Peels and epi-dermabrasion. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, face, arms, legs, underarms and bikini area. Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on site, and bridal bookings require a signed contract and a deposit.

Payment is accepted by major credit card, check and cash, and tips should not be placed on cards or checks. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice by phone or online; later cancellations are charged 20% of the total service price, or 50% for no-shows. Some services require a pre-appointment form and a deposit.
