Appointments are booked online through the GlossGenius portal. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 3pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The salon entrance is on Hayworth. New clients pay a deposit to book, ranging from $10 to $150 depending on the service, and no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are billed a 100% surcharge for the scheduled service.

Bikini and Brazilian waxes are the largest group, with named options such as The Charlotte Cooch Bikini Wax, The Carrie Cooch Bikini Wax and The Samantha Cooch Brazilian Bikini, along with a Knocked Up bikini wax and a Brazilian with inner thighs.
