Brow work covers shaping, henna tinting, lamination (which sets the brows in place for about 4 to 6 weeks), trims and sculpting sessions for first-time and returning clients. Microblading is offered as a semi-permanent technique, usually over at least two sessions and sometimes three, with results that the site says last between 8 and 18 months. A consultation covers shaping, filling, measuring, discussing the look and allergy testing with a health questionnaire. Corrective microblading is available to fix work done elsewhere, but only for recent, clearly visible tattoos, and it requires text approval before booking.

Makeup application appointments are charged in full if missed or cancelled and require a credit card to book. Moving a brow appointment more than once triggers the cancellation policy. Appointments run in 30-minute intervals, and clients are asked to arrive on time.
