Balayage is hand-painted and customized to each client's hair type, natural color, lifestyle and long-term goals, from bright blonde and brunette dimension to subtle refreshes. The balayage process moves through a consultation, custom color, gloss and finish, and treatment, and K18 can be added as a follow-up. Highlights run through five steps: consultation, placement, tone and gloss, style, and treatment. Partial highlights brighten the top and sides, while full highlights cover the whole head; traditional highlights do not include an intentional root blend.

Gray blending uses highlights, lowlights, toners and dimensional color to blend natural gray into the rest of the hair, starting with a consultation and then a custom color plan. All over color is formulated to each client's natural undertones and color history. The salon suggests root touch-ups every 4 to 8 weeks and gloss or color refreshes every 6 to 8 weeks for all over color, and a gloss or toner every 4 to 6 weeks for balayage.

Cuts on offer range from short styles and bang trims to men's scissor cuts. Cut-and-style and shampoo-and-style appointments are also available, and curly hair services are part of the menu. Under the cancellation policy, clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice; a booking cancelled on shorter notice, or a missed appointment, may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
