She started in the beauty industry as a nail technician in 2007 and has worked in the field for more than 13 years.

Eyelash extensions are the core of the menu, in Classic, Hybrid, Light Volume, Wispy Volume, Volume and Mega styles. During an application the client lies on a facial bed with eyes closed, and the lower lashes are covered. A full set takes roughly two to three hours and a refill about one to two. Refills are typically needed every two to three weeks. Clients are asked to arrive with lashes free of oil and makeup, and a lash bath add-on is available for this. The Wakefield studio has no waiting area, so clients are asked to come alone.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts with tint, brow waxing, tinting, henna and tweezing, and brow lamination, which uses a chemical solution to realign brow hairs for results lasting up to eight weeks. Powder brows, a semi-permanent shading technique applied with a permanent makeup device, are offered for virgin brows only at the Wakefield studio, with touch-ups booked over the following year.

New clients pay a 50% deposit that is applied to the service at checkout. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead or half the service fee applies. Late arrivals have their service end at the scheduled time and are charged full price. Payment is accepted by cash, debit card and credit card, and gratuities are cash only. Services, deposits, gift cards and products are non-refundable.

The studio focuses on defining and enhancing each client's natural look and building their confidence, and says it uses current techniques and high-quality products.
