Every visit starts with a consultation, and services are tailored to each guest. Haircuts include a consultation, a precision cut and a signature blowout, and the haircut price stays the same if a guest skips the finish. Time for a blowout is reserved with every color service and priced separately from the color, so guests who plan to air-dry should mention it when booking. Extra shampoo, drying or styling time can add an extra styling charge. Color correction is booked after an in-person consultation and charged by the hour.

On the skin side, facials and body treatments use Guinot products, and every facial begins with a consultation in which the esthetician reserves time for each treatment. The salon offers a range of facials from a teen facial to anti-aging and firming treatments, along with peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and microneedling. Microneedling is performed within the legal depth limit and requires a signed waiver before the appointment. On the scalp side, The Scalp Spa offers rituals from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, a scalp survey for first-time guests so treatments can be tailored, and K-Scan before-and-after imaging on the Immersive Head Spa Ritual. The salon describes The Scalp Spa as the only dedicated scalp spa in Melrose.

Booking is available through the salon's online platform or by phone. Professional makeup artists are brought in by appointment for weddings and special occasions, since occasion makeup is not a routine service. Guests are offered espresso, cappuccino, iced coffee, iced tea, wine, sambuca and snacks, along with drinks for kids.

Each visit begins with a consultation, and services are adjusted to the individual guest. The salon's scalp and hair treatments are tailored using a survey and a consultation before the visit.
