Locs get a dedicated part of the menu. A new client or someone whose locs have not been serviced by their stylist starts with a consultation. From there the options run from a scalp-focused detox wash, which uses shampoo, conditioner and an herbal blend with added fruit and involves no styling or cutting, to short and long loc styles with a retwist, and a full retwist that includes a wash and a style of the client's choice. Children with locs ten and under have a separate booking that includes a retwist and a cut.

The men's unit is a longer appointment that takes an hour and a half and requires a consultation beforehand, unless one has already been done. The consultation itself is a short 15-minute conversation about what to expect at the unit appointment.

Clients who come regularly can buy a basic subscription that covers three basic haircuts for less than booking them one at a time. Appointments after 5pm are available for an extra charge.
