Locs are a major focus. Options range from retwists with or without styling to starter locs, Wicked Loc maintenance, loc attachments and instant locs. Custom color for locs is offered as tips only or root to tip, and loc wedding styling is available.

Braiding covers men's braids in half or whole head sizes, freestyle braid ponytails, large box braids and Marley locs. Kid styles are offered for children up to age 12, with natural styling for children under 5 and silk press for kids. Silk press and tape-in services include a smoothing treatment for natural hair that the salon says controls frizz and can last three to six months.

The salon also runs one-on-one braiding and loc classes, each five hours and priced at $800. For visits, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for any booking and cannot be moved to a later appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or are charged 50% of the service. Clients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule, and no-shows are not rebooked. Children are allowed in the salon only while receiving a service, and those under 8 need an adult. A loyalty card after the fifth visit gives $10 off the next style.

Consultations are offered to confirm that a requested style or color is possible for the client's hair before booking.
