Services are grouped into consultations, express services, holistic growth and scalp therapy, loc establishments, loc maintenance and VIP memberships.

New clients must complete an in-person consultation before any service. Options run from a 30-minute micro loc consultation to a new client package that takes four hours or more, and a consultation must be followed by booking within two months. Consultations are also required before interlocks, instant locs, micro locs, restorations, comb outs and extensions.

Visits are planned around each client's daily routine, diet and lifestyle, and the studio gives guidance on keeping locs healthy between appointments. Full maintenance visits include the signature spa shampoo and conditioning experience. The studio does not take walk-ins or same-day services, and a card must be kept on file to book.

Arrival runs on a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies and appointments are canceled after 25 minutes. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and an appointment can be rescheduled once within 45 days. Clients must be 13 or older, and additional guests and children are not accommodated. Cards, Afterpay, Zelle, CashApp and cash are accepted, with an 8% fee on card payments. Packages and sales are final and non-refundable.

Treatments are customized to each client, with a holistic approach that pairs scalp health with regrowth and repair for hair loss and loc restoration.
