Color and lightening are the core of the menu. Options include toners, root touch-ups, all-over color, and lightening from a mini service up to a full lightening service that brightens from around the face to the nape of the neck. Lightening services include B3 Bond Builder, and platinum root retouches are recommended about every four weeks to maintain platinum blonde. Custom Fantasy Color is priced per service and estimated at the consultation.

Cuts cover a range of needs, from bang trims and barber cuts to designer cuts for hair longer than three inches and dry cuts for light trimming and maintenance layers. The Curly Cut is designed for 2, 3A, 3B and 3C curl patterns, and clients with category 4 curls are directed to other stylists at the salon for that service. Children's cuts are offered for kids aged 10 and under.

Styling and treatments include shampoo with blowout, bridal trials, updos for special events, deep conditioning, a luxury scalp treatment, and keratin and Pure Brazilian straightening treatments. Waxing is available for brows, lips and full facial areas.

Booking policies are set out in advance. New clients booking certain lightening services or Fantasy Color pay a deposit. A 50% fee applies to appointments cancelled within 48 hours, and a full fee applies to no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 once the client is approved. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
