The Gramercy flagship is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, with Sundays by appointment. Midtown is inside the Palace Hotel and is by appointment, the Upper East Side location is with Dr. Sherwyn, and the Harrison location is at Plastic Surgery of Westchester. A downtown partner site is available by appointment, Sixty LES Hotel offers a location for hotel guests only, and Casa Cipriani Downtown is also a partner location.

The signature Collagen ReCode Lift is a non-surgical facelift that combines several devices with regenerative infusions. Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, offered for the face and body, can be paired with Salmon DNA, exosomes and biopeptides. Total Skin Solution pairs Morpheus8 with the LaseMD Thulium laser in two steps, spaced about three to four weeks apart.

Hair restoration uses Alma TED with Keralase after a separate hair consultation, and it is offered in both New York City and Harrison. Body contouring, longevity and wellness programs, men's skin care and facial treatments are also offered. The clinic does not offer Botox, fillers or other injectables, and a first consultation carries no commitment to treatment.
