Diana Seo

Diana Seo is the founder and president of Collagen Bar. She began her career as a researcher and technologist in the cytogenetics department at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, then worked for plastic surgeon Dr. Charles Thorne, editor-in-chief of Grabb and Smith's Plastic Surgery, who has mentored her.

She holds a B.S. in biophysics from the University of Connecticut, with minors in chemistry and mathematics, and trained at the Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics. Her path moved from biophysics and cytotechnology into medical aesthetics.

With more than 15 years in medical aesthetics, she built the Collagen ReCode Lift together with colleagues across the clinic, including therapists, aestheticians and partner doctors, and it is her signature protocol. She holds an aesthetician license, ITEC certification, and Skin Specialist and Facial Electrical diplomas.
