The initial virtual consultation with Dr. Gladstein runs one hour, one-on-one, and includes a facial analysis and a written set of personalized recommendations. Associate providers offer follow-up and virtual consultations at a lower fee. Consultation fees can be credited toward an associate service or a non-invasive medspa package, with virtual credits that never expire and in-person credits valid for 12 months. They cannot be applied to skin care or first-timer purchases. Associates also offer volume discounts on invasive procedure packages, from 10% off for two procedures up to 30% off for five or more. Prices vary by provider, location and treatment area.

The menu covers eyelid surgery, a wide range of injectable treatments for the lips, jaw, chin, cheeks, neck, under-eyes and smile lines, and medspa options such as facials, laser and light treatments, RF skin tightening and EMSculpt.
