The studio works as a group of independent artists. Each artist sets their own pricing and availability and keeps their own calendar, so clients book through that artist's individual booking page rather than one shared schedule. Some artists take consultations by request only instead of through an open calendar.

Consultations are free, and a 30-minute consultation can be booked online through the studio's scheduling page. Brow, lip and liner results typically last one to three years, depending on technique, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Touch-ups on earlier tattooing are possible in some cases, but they require pre-approval and the earlier work must be nearly invisible.

Some treatments have preparation rules. Lash enhancement requires fake lashes to be removed at least two weeks beforehand, and it is usually done on the upper lash line only, since the lower lash line carries more risk of blurring unless special circumstances apply. Lip blush requires waiting at least two months after receiving filler.

Results are planned around the healed skin, so most cosmetic tattoos are done in two steps, with a touch-up session building on the first result once it has healed.
