Brow work is a central part of the menu. Shaping is done by wax, thread or tweezing, and first-time clients at the studio begin with a consultation to choose the shape. Tints and stains add color: a semi-permanent vegetable-dye brow tint, a Hybrid Henna brow stain made with BrowCode's product, and a vegetable-based lash tint mixed fresh for each service. The booking page gives typical wear times of 2 to 5 days on skin and 3 to 4 weeks in hair for the tint, 5 to 10 days on skin and 4 to 6 weeks in hair for the henna stain with aftercare, and 2 to 4 weeks for the lash tint.

The Beauty Collective is a group of independent providers offering beauty and wellness services at the studio. The studio describes its members as a curated circle of women who are masters of their craft. Offerings include facials, massage, reiki, acupuncture and restorative self-care rituals. Each provider manages their own appointments directly rather than through the studio's booking page.

Christina Snead teaches The Brow Business, a three-hour hands-on brow education workshop for two to six participants at $325 per person. It covers natural shaping, waxing, threading, tweezing, tinting, henna, makeup, client experience, brow massage, retail, client retention and building a brow business. Participants receive threading supplies to take home, The Brow Business Journal, and tea and treats. Regular workshops are held at the studio, and customized training can be arranged at a salon, spa, retail store or team event, with pricing by inquiry. Dates depend on availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves a date, with the balance due before the workshop, and a deposit can move to another date with at least 7 days notice.

Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel. A first no-show is not charged, but later no-shows within the same year carry a service fee, and the count resets each year. Clients are asked to mention any current use of retinol, fillers, injectables such as Botox or topical steroids at their appointment. Cash, check and credit card are accepted, and a small fee is added to card payments.
