Facials are customized to each client's skin and combine holistic methods with scientific or advanced treatments. A visit can include a skin analysis, cleanse, enzyme exfoliation with steam, massage of the neck, shoulders, hands and arms, and work on the face, neck and decollete. Extractions are optional and can be uncomfortable. Facials longer than an hour include a sheet and blanket, with a robe available for women and a recommendation to go shirtless for men.

The Korean treatment menu is built around Glass Skin Is In, offered in 60, 70/75 and 120 minute versions and using professional Korean skincare products. Back Me Up is a back facial in 30 or 60 minute versions. Brow services include lamination on its own or with a wax or tint, and the studio also offers waxing for lip, underarm, bikini, full bikini, Brazilian and brows.

Some treatments use devices. The Tonisure Plasma and Galvanic device is used on sensitive or troubled skin, acne and atopic skin conditions. The Time Master Pro combines low-frequency ultrasound, electro muscle stimulation and LED light therapy. The Circadia Oxygen treatment is offered as a mask alone or as a full 20 or 50 minute session, and the studio recommends multiple sessions for optimal results.

Booking is online through Vagaro, and appointments are required with no walk-ins. Deposits are 50 percent of the service amount and are non-refundable, and no refunds are given on services or products. Products that are unopened, unused and undamaged can be exchanged within 30 days.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin and mix holistic methods with scientific or advanced skin treatments, with a focus on root causes rather than surface fixes alone.
