Custom Color mixes balayage, foilayage and high-impact blonding with customized lightening, gloss and a blowout, while Partial Custom Color uses a blend of balayage, lived-in shades or high-impact blonding. Foil services include gloss and blow dry styling, and a retouch option is available for grey coverage at the roots.

Outside of color, the salon offers haircuts that begin with an in-depth consultation, shampoo and style appointments, gloss or toner with a blowout, and the Coastal Self Care Session, a spa-style hair and scalp treatment finished with a blowout. Several add-on treatments can be added to a visit.

Bookings are made through the salon's online system. Every appointment has to be confirmed, so a request sent online stays unconfirmed until the salon accepts it. New clients put down a $25 deposit at the time they book. Cancelling or moving an appointment requires at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation made later than that, a no-show, or arriving 15 or more minutes after the start time can result in a 50% fee. Services cannot be refunded. Color corrections can require more than one visit. For a correction, the client has to ask for it within two days of the service, and the new appointment has to be booked within a week. Model services are excluded from corrections.

According to the salon, color is personalized to each client and designed to be low-maintenance and to grow out well.
