The hair menu covers children's and teen cuts, men's and women's cuts, haircut and style packages, toning, and color services from partial and full highlights to balayage. Keratin treatments are offered in a lighter express version and a longer full treatment.
Waxing is offered for the chin, lip, eyebrows and full face, with shorter appointments for single areas. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.
Booking rules are set out clearly: cancellations or schedule changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for late cancellations and a full charge for missed appointments. Reminder texts go out 72 hours before each visit.
