Services are grouped into body waxing, facial waxing, intimate care, brow design, memberships and bridal packages. Intimate vajacial and brightening treatments are listed on the booking page for returning clients only.
Wedding parties can reserve a private suite for the group, with a full-body wax, a champagne toast served alongside fresh fruit and snacks, and an aftercare kit to take home. A deposit of 50% secures both the date and the suite, and it cannot be refunded. Monthly memberships include priority scheduling, a birthday reward and discounts on retail products. The studio also provides a free digital guide covering care before and after treatments. Through its Cloud9 Rewards program, guests earn one point for each dollar spent on services and retail.
The studio uses high-quality hard wax, according to the salon, and recommends a waxing visit every four to six weeks with hair at least a quarter inch long for the best results.
