The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a 135-minute resurfacing facial. Options include a customized signature facial tailored to skin concerns, a soothing facial for sensitive skin, a hydrating facial, an anti-aging facial, and treatments for acne and hyperpigmentation that include high frequency and light therapy. A men's facial is also offered, and dermaplaning and a back facial are available as separate services.

The intimate menu includes three herbal blends called Pure, Refresh and Reset, a postpartum blend, and a signature blend that first-time guests must start with. Vajacial and Brazilian options are offered with and without steam, and a group booking option covers parties, with the final price set after the booking is made.

Booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $7 to $150 depending on the service and counts toward the total. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a deposit can be transferred once with that notice, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Before and after hours appointments need a $50 request and are confirmed by phone first. House calls are booked by selecting the travel option and entering an address, with a travel fee starting at $100. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
