Brow work covers tinting, staining, lamination, waxing and shaping, along with a two-appointment program for thin or sparse brows. Skin services range from a custom facial and dermaplaning to acne-focused cleansing, microneedling and a home-care course called Learn Your Skin.

First-time brow clients begin with a consultation about their goals and which service fits. Shaping is done with the client at the mirror, so the first appointment runs longer than a standard visit. A first skin visit includes a consultation and forms, a deep double cleanse, skin analysis, a customized facial and products for home use.

Booking requires a card on file, and clients have a 10-minute grace period before a late arrival must be rescheduled. Changes should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. Services are not refunded once received, and refunds are given only for defective products. Booking means agreeing to the cancellation terms, which may be updated without notice. Cherry monthly payment plans are offered to clients who are at least 18 and have a bank-issued debit or credit card.

The studio aims for brow enhancements that look natural and complement the face rather than overpowering it.
