The brow menu is a single eyebrow tint. Hair services run from men's cuts and women's wash, cut and blowdry sessions to root color, single process color, highlights, custom blonding and a natural grey blending service for clients covering gray. Special event blowdries, updos and root color with a blowdry are also offered. The Natulique Bond Repair Treatment, a three-step system for bonds weakened by color, heat and daily wear, can be added to any color service or paired with a haircut.

Booking is by appointment. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes and missed appointments are charged the full scheduled service fee. Many services take a deposit at booking, from $22.50 for a men's cut to $197.50 for full head custom blonding. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Gift cards are offered, and bridal hair trials and wedding hair pricing are requested by email.
