Either office is booked by calling (281) 948-4115, and the Houston office also takes online requests. The Webster office lists hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Numbing cream can be provided for more intensive facial treatments.

The practice says its approach centers on lasting results, made with current technology and products, and aims for subtle, balanced changes rather than overdone ones. Most services are elective and usually paid out of pocket rather than billed to medical insurance. CareCredit financing is available for qualifying treatments and product purchases, and cash, major cards and checks are accepted. Event-day appointments take a $50 deposit. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows carry escalating fees. Products and services are final sale, with replacement or refund only for items damaged or lost in transit.

Treatment plans are individualized and combine injectables, lasers, facials and home care to fit each patient's goals, lifestyle and skin type. Injections favor conservative dosing, treatments layered over time, and attention to natural movement.
