About

Lift Plastic Surgery was founded by Shitel D. Patel, MD, who serves as its founder and CEO. The practice offers surgical and non-surgical services alongside a med spa. It describes itself as a plastic surgeon in Houston and a destination for luxury-level plastic surgery, and it reports more than 15,000 procedures performed. Surgery takes place in an accredited surgical facility, with trained staff monitoring patients during recovery. A consultation reviews goals, medical history and anatomy, and the treatment plan is built from those findings. Plans can pair surgical and non-surgical options, with follow-up visits, scar care, skin treatments and maintenance care offered afterward. Good candidates are in reasonable health, are willing to stop nicotine for the period their surgical team recommends, and have realistic expectations about what surgery can do.

Facial work is planned as a long-term course rather than a single event. The practice notes that the face keeps aging after surgery, so some concerns are addressed in one combined procedure and others are staged over time. The stated aim is for patients to look refreshed while still looking like themselves.

The Webster office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with select Saturday hours available by phone. Patients traveling from Galveston can arrange to stay nearby for the first few days after surgery, and the office can coordinate appointments and preoperative testing for them. Payment plans and financing are offered for patients who want to spread costs over time. Medical records and photographs are kept confidential and are not shared publicly without written consent.

Plans each case around the whole face or body and the patient's long-term goals, tailoring procedures to individual anatomy and combining surgical and non-surgical options when that fits. The practice describes its approach as gender-conscious.
