Shitel D. Patel is the founder and CEO of Lift Plastic Surgery in Webster, Texas, where he works as a cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is double board-certified, with certification in both facial and general plastic surgery, and his work centers on facial procedures and body contouring.
His training began at the University of South Florida medical school, which he finished in 2007. He then completed a general surgery residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia, a three-year plastic surgery residency at UT Houston, and a pediatric and adult craniofacial plastic surgery fellowship at UT Southwestern in Dallas.
He performs neck lifts, including cervicoplasty, platysmaplasty and lower rhytidectomy, along with neck liposuction to remove excess fat beneath the chin and in the neck. Rhinoplasty and septoplasty, including both in the same session, are part of his practice, as are nose reshaping procedures that can change cartilage, bone or skin. He also performs blepharoplasty for the upper and lower eyelids at the Houston-area practice.
