A visit begins with a 15-minute consultation, where a stylist analyzes the hair and plans a future appointment. Consultations are offered at no charge for clients who want an accurate color quote. Prices depend on the specialty, hair length and density, previous color history and the result the client wants, and starting prices are listed in the online booking system. Each stylist also keeps a personal menu of services alongside the salon's own.

Appointments are booked through the online booking system powered by Vagaro, not through the contact form. Clients receive text and email confirmations 72 hours before their appointment. Changes or cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead carry no charge, while a cancellation inside 48 hours is charged a late fee of 50% of the total service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Cancellations and reschedules go through the stylist or the Vagaro account rather than social media. Late arrivals may need a shorter service or a new appointment, which can bring a cancellation fee. There is no general salon phone number, so clients are asked to contact their stylist directly, and general questions can go through the contact form or by email.

Complimentary WiFi and refreshments are offered. Parking is available in the lot on the side of the building or on the street along Godfrey St. The lot directly behind the salon is reserved for Sprinter Train use only.
