Medical eye care covers routine exams for all ages, including children, along with care for dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, retinal conditions and neuro-ophthalmology. It also treats conditions such as amblyopia, blepharitis, styes, corneal abrasions, eye infections and iritis. Diagnostic testing includes digital retinal imaging, Humphrey visual field testing, OCT, fluorescein angiography and fundus photography. Cataract surgery is offered with several lens options, and the Blue Ash location also has a hearing services center.

The cosmetic side of the practice offers BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport, dermal fillers, CO2 laser resurfacing, chemical peels, HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, microneedling and VISIA complexion analysis. Its Face and Eye Aesthetic Center handles these aesthetic treatments, and its patient gallery shows before and after photos. Brow lifts and eyelid surgery are often done alone or combined with injectables.

Anyone who has not been seen at the practice in the past three years is treated as a new patient. Patients having surgery need a driver to take them home and must have a pre-operative medical history and physical within 30 days of the procedure. These can be done by an in-house nurse practitioner or by the patient's own primary care doctor. A staff member phones the week before surgery to review instructions, and patients receive a surgery folder when they book. Surgery is performed at centers in Blue Ash, Middletown and Eastgate, and interpreters can be arranged on request.
