Facial surgery is a major focus. Dr. Tork is known for the deep plane facelift, which works on the deeper muscles and ligaments (the SMAS layer) instead of only tightening the skin, and the practice says he is one of only a handful of Midwest surgeons who specialize in it. Deep plane necklifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lifts and facial fat transfer are also offered. The sculpted tummy tuck addresses excess skin, stubborn fat and abdominal muscle separation; it is a contouring procedure, not a weight-loss procedure. Breast surgery uses FDA-approved cohesive gel implants from Motiva and Natrelle, with an individualized plan that balances symmetry, proportion and natural shape. Most breast augmentation patients return to light activity within 5 to 7 days and are cleared for high-impact exercise around week six.

Non-surgical treatments under Tork Aesthetics include neurotoxins (Botox Cosmetic and Dysport) for frown lines, forehead furrows, crow's feet, bunny lines, lip flip, masseter reduction and hyperhidrosis. Consultations analyze facial movement to decide how many units are needed. Injections use a very fine needle, need no numbing and have no downtime; softening begins in three to five days, full results appear at 14 days and typically last three to four months. Patients are advised to avoid strenuous exercise or lying flat for four hours afterward. Neurotoxins, fillers, lasers and surgery can be combined. Dermal fillers are placed by Dr. Tork and the nurse injectors, and The Reset uses enzymes to break down old or migrated filler.

The practice does not take insurance. Patients can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), cash, Zelle, ACH transfer or personal check. Financing is available through PatientFi and CareCredit, and applications can be made online or at the office. Most procedures require a BMI under 30, though this varies by procedure. Eligible Allergan products, including Juvederm, Botox Cosmetic and Natrelle implants, earn points through Allergan's Allē Rewards program.
