Dr. Cory Gaiser, a board-certified internal medicine physician, serves as Medical Director and oversees every service.

Treatments are performed by licensed clinicians, either nurse practitioners or registered nurses, after an individual assessment. For IV therapy, a licensed prescriber reviews the client's health history and goals and writes the order before anything is prepared. Add-ons are mixed fresh after the order is written, and ingredients come from licensed, regulated distributors.

In clinic, IV clients settle into a private recliner with a blanket and a TV. The aesthetics menu covers neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau), lip and dermal filler, Sculptra, laser, microneedling and facials and peels. OBSERV 520x skin analysis is complimentary with any aesthetic consultation. Hormone therapy begins with lab work and a consultation with a nurse practitioner, with follow-up typically around eight weeks after starting and then about every three months when clinically appropriate.

Memberships (Wellness, Gold and Platinum) are billed monthly and give members a percentage off most treatments, along with lower per-unit neuromodulator pricing and a complimentary planning consultation. The studio also sells skin care products and offers gift cards and a referral program. Studio hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. Booking online is recommended, and same-day visits are often possible when clients call or text.
