Treatments start with each client's skin needs, and the esthetician builds a personalized plan with the client. The facial menu runs from quick custom facials to peels, enzyme and extraction treatments for congested or acne-prone skin, anti-aging facials, a calming facial for red or sensitized skin, and a teen treatment for mild to moderate acne. Men have their own facial and waxing options.

HydraFacial is a major part of the menu, with options from a 30-minute Signature treatment to Clarifying, Boost, back and combined versions. The studio says the HydraFacial uses patented technology and involves no pain, redness or downtime. HydraFacial Boost and Signature are not recommended for people who are pregnant or nursing, or who have allergies to shellfish, aspirin or sulfur.

Waxing covers everything from small areas such as the brows, lip, chin and sideburns to full arm, leg and Brazilian work. The studio uses a premium natural wax heated at a low temperature, with anti-irritants and single-use dipping, and recommends waxing every four to six weeks for lasting results. Makeup services include daytime and evening application, lash and brow tinting, temporary lash application and makeup instruction.

Clients are asked to book at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a 50% charge for cancellations or reschedules, and to rebook four to six weeks out. First-time clients should arrive about ten minutes early to complete paperwork. Children and pets are not permitted unless they are receiving a supervised service, and phones are to be silenced. The studio also sells professional skincare and hair care products for use at home.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with a personalized plan built alongside the esthetician. The studio says it keeps up with skincare trends by adopting new technology, education and research.
