Services are grouped into haircuts, color, root color, highlights and smoothing. Haircuts and trims follow the same process. New clients are asked to introduce themselves by email or text before booking. Color clients are asked to send photos and any chemical or color history from the past two to three years before booking.

Timing matters for root work. A root touch-up is suggested about five to six weeks after single-color or bleached hair is applied. Past that point, an extended root touch-up needs more color and more time. Demi-permanent color lifts virgin hair about a level and a half and covers most grey with a more translucent finish. Permanent full-coverage color lifts virgin hair, deposits the chosen shade and covers grey. Gloss is acidic, does not lift natural hair and deposits tone. Base break lifts virgin hair one level and softens root color, blending grey without covering it.

Partial highlights are for clients who already have highlights and are kept up every two to three months. Full highlights suit clients who want to be lighter overall or who want to go lighter than their last appointment, provided it was no more than three months earlier. Balayage, ombre, sombre, babylights and microlights are all booked under highlights. Clients starting from no highlights should expect at least two sessions to reach a more saturated result.

Clients can book through the booking app, which requires credit card information stored encrypted. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a fee, and the booking page lists a 50 percent fee for cancellations or no-shows. Clients who want an earlier appointment can join the waitlist in the app and are moved up as openings come up.

A single-stylist studio, so each appointment is handled by the same person, and color clients share their history before booking.
