The team has worked in music, fashion and beauty for more than twenty years. Its stylists' work has appeared in magazines including Vogue, Elle, GQ, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan and Billboard, and they have styled backstage for fashion brands such as Hermès, Marc Jacobs and CFDA during fashion season. Notable campaign work includes Aveeno and Smartwater. The salon serves celebrity clients from musicians to screen and sports figures.

The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and closed on Sunday. Online booking is available 24/7 for select stylists and services, and other appointments are booked by phone. A valid credit card is needed to hold an appointment, though it is not charged until after the visit. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time carry a 50% cancellation fee of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount of the services. A late arrival that affects more than one service results in charges for all the services that follow, even if they cannot be performed. Extended appointment times are offered, and clients can wait with complimentary beverages.
