Every visit starts with a consultation. New clients of color, balayage, correction and extension services get one at no charge, and a short 20-minute consultation can be booked by phone. Final pricing is confirmed at that consultation and depends on hair length, density and the service chosen. The salon's stated approach is one stylist per client from consultation through finish, and most appointment slots are booked with a single client at a time. Color is formulated for each client's hair and for South Florida's sun and humidity. Many clients come in after a color appointment elsewhere did not go as planned.

Corrective color is a large part of the work. Corrections can cover box dye removal, brassy or orange tones, uneven color, green or blue tints, over-processed hair and a return to natural color. Some corrections are done in one session and others are staged over two or more visits, and complex corrections may use a strand test first. Extensions are offered in clip-in, tape-in, beaded weft (hand-tied) and fusion (K-tip) methods, using Bellami and Platinum Seamless products. The salon is also known for Cezanne keratin smoothing, which is formaldehyde-free, along with Brazilian Blowout and Express smoothing options. Clients leave with a sulfate-free, low-pH shampoo and a bond-repair conditioner.
