Chris David

Chris David owns the salon and works as its master colorist, and he performs the services there personally. He has more than 20 years of experience as a stylist in South Florida and has trained hundreds of professional stylists around the world.

His training began in the United States and continued abroad, including workshops in Italy with the Davines team. He studied European color theory, including undertone analysis and sequencing. He is a graduate of Goldwell Academy and holds a Goldwell Master Colorist credential. He has been a certified Davines educator for six years and is also a certified educator for Organic Color Systems, Platinum Seamless and Cezanne. He was formerly a Cezanne Keratin Expert Trainer and was trained directly by Cezanne on the chemistry and application of its formaldehyde-free formula. He also trained in ProAddiction application for all hair types, including previously damaged or chemically treated hair.

His focus is color correction, including blonde correction for brassy, banded and orange tones and brunette correction that involves lifting, filling, toning and glazing. He also works on balayage, foil highlights, grey blending and extensions that add length, volume or both. He works with Pulp Riot colors, including galaxy and rainbow accents, and creates cuts and colors shaped to each client. Many of his Boca Raton clients followed him to the Delray Beach salon after more than 15 years of work in the Boca-Delray area, and he has corrected hundreds of color mishaps.
